NASA 2009 National Championships at Miller Motorsports.
We are a Northern California based auto racing team and are dedicated to promoting and racing Mazda Miata’s. We offer full track support (arrive and drive) for race weekends with NASA and SCCA in Northern California as well as daily rentals for Track days and NASA HPDE.
With prices starting at just $350/day* for Track Days our Miata’s are professionally prepared and are capable of finishing up front in SCCA’s SM, SSM, ITA, and ITX classes. Also available for NASA’s SM, SSM, and PTE classes. We like the NASA weekends because of the relaxed atmosphere and plenty of parking. The High Performance Driving Experience ( track school) is also a bonus. Additionally we offer driver coaching and development at a very reasonable rate.
Our team was founded back in 2000 by Randy Evans (he still has the main driving duties, see Bio.), and has been helped along by many good people and sponsors since. Marc and Jason Hoover who were in the mix early have been pivotal in helping develop our fleet of Miata’s (Jason built Randy’s first racecar, see pics of #66 Mazda RX7), and their Hooverspeed sponsorship has been invaluable.
In 2007 OhmyGodracing welcomed on board Steve Kehl as Crew Chief. Steve also finds time to race, in between building our cars and motors, and has been having a great time developing his “racecraft”. Todd Wilson , another seasoned Northern California Spec Miata racer has been seen hanging out with the OhmyGodracing crew and is always welcome in our Pit. Dan Small, a rookie this year has been welcomed into the ranks at the OhmyGodracing camp and is driving Randy’s 2006 SCCA Miata Championship car.
